Privacy policy

Hexbound is operated by Rohan Arun. The game does not send your prompts, generated content, creator name, world, or gameplay history to our servers. It contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

On-device generation

Prompt generation uses Apple’s Foundation Models on your compatible device. Your prompt and the resulting game design are processed locally. The game does not use an external cloud AI API. Apple Intelligence availability depends on your device, settings, language, region, and downloaded model.

Local storage

The app stores your creator name, prompts, generated area/item/skill designs, equipped content, world seeds, progress, free allowances, creation sparks, and processed transaction identifiers in a local Keychain record. This is not a public profile or a cloud account. Hexbound does not sync or share this record with other devices or players. Device erasure or replacement may remove it; removing the app alone may leave its Keychain record on that device.

Purchases

Apple processes optional Creation Spark purchases through the App Store. Apple may collect and process payment and account information under its own policies. The app receives verified transaction information so it can deliver a spark once and recover unfinished purchases. We do not receive your payment card details or send the app’s transaction ledger to a developer server.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid including sensitive information. This support website may produce ordinary hosting/security request logs, such as IP address and request time; it uses no advertising trackers. This is separate from the app, which does not send gameplay or prompt data to this website.

Your choices

You can play the bundled realms without using AI or buying anything. You can use any creator nickname; a real name is not required. Content and purchase allowances are local to the device. Contact us for questions about local data or to request deletion of support emails we hold. We cannot retrieve or delete a world stored only on your device remotely.
