SuperPowers AI Privacy Policy
Last updated August 10, 2026. This policy explains how SuperPowers AI collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the Super iPhone app, web app, APIs, messaging interfaces, connected devices, and task-assistance services.
Information and use
What Super processes and why.
Information we collect
We may collect account and identity information such as name, email address, phone number, Super account identifier, authentication records, and device identifiers. We may process typed prompts, conversations, chat and project history, task requests and results, preferences, order details, destinations, messages, receipts, operator notes, and tool results that you choose to provide or save.
When you use relevant features, information may also include microphone audio, speech transcripts, assistant responses, photos, videos, attachments, documents, screenshots, camera imagery, connected-device screen images, webpage content, connected-service results, precise or approximate location, subscription or credit status, usage events, diagnostics, and communications-consent records.
How we collect and use information
We collect information directly when you create an account, enter a prompt, speak to Super, choose a file, connect a service, grant a device permission, make a purchase, or request a task. We also receive information from providers that help authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver communications, operate connected services, analyze product use, and secure the service.
We use information to provide requested AI responses and actions; authenticate and maintain accounts; save chats, projects, preferences, and task state; provide connected-device and connected-service features; process subscriptions and credits; communicate with you; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; debug, secure, analyze, and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing
Your permission and service providers.
AI processing and permission
Before the iPhone app sends personal data to a third-party AI service, it presents a separate disclosure describing the data and recipients and asks you to choose Allow AI Processing. If you choose Not Now, Super does not send your content to the listed AI providers. Apple camera, microphone, or speech permission does not replace this separate choice.
Depending on the feature, Super may send the minimum information needed to SuperPowers AI servers and a selected AI provider. Providers may include OpenAI for real-time voice or selected models; OpenRouter and the model provider shown in the app for prompts, context, attachments, images, webpage or screen context, and tool results; Moondream for selected visual detection or segmentation; and Apple when fallback speech recognition is used.
Other service providers
Superwall helps present subscriptions and manage entitlements. PostHog provides product analytics and masked session replay. Apple processes in-app purchases and device permissions. Google and other connected-service providers provide only content covered by permissions you grant and actions you request. Communications, hosting, security, and integration providers process information as needed to operate the service.
We do not sell personal information or text-message opt-in consent. We require service providers that receive personal data to use it only for disclosed purposes, apply appropriate safeguards, honor applicable consent and deletion requirements, and avoid cross-app advertising or tracking uses that we have not authorized.
Your choices
Control, retention, and security.
Permissions and communications
You may decline or withdraw AI-processing permission. On iPhone, review or withdraw it under Settings and Privacy. Withdrawing permission stops new covered information from being sent to an AI provider until you allow it again, but it does not automatically delete information already processed. You can also change device permissions in system settings, disconnect connected accounts, and reply STOP to stop text messages.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and saved chats, projects, tasks, and user-selected content while the account is active or until you delete the content or request account deletion, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. Transient audio, camera frames, screenshots, and tool context are retained only as reasonably necessary to process, secure, and complete the request unless you choose to save resulting content.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@cheatlayer.com. After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify covered personal information from active systems, subject to limited legal, security, transaction-record, and backup-retention exceptions.
Security, international processing, and children
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, although no system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Super is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as services or legal obligations change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Privacy questions, access requests, consent-withdrawal assistance, and deletion requests can be sent to support@cheatlayer.com.
